How long does it take to ship the baseball bracelets?

All baseball bracelets will be shipped UPS ground from New York.  Shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and the zip code to which we are shipping.  Your bracelet order will typically arrive in 5-10 business days in the U.S. For Custom Baseball Bracelets with personalized printing of 500 bracelets or more, please allow five weeks.

What about shipping to international locations?

Customs
Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  Additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local custom office for further information.  Additionally, when ordering from grandslamwear.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

What is your refund/return policy?

Grand Slam Wear does not accept unauthorized returns of baseball products.  We only accept returns if your received products are damaged. If merchandise is damaged, you can exchange the bracelet(s) or return the bracelet(s) for a full refund.  Simply email us within 30 days of order date with a detailed explanation of the reasons for your return along with the damaged bracelet(s). Shipping costs are not included and will not be refunded.  Returns of damaged goods beyond 30 days of purchase will not be accepted.
